PhotoVu Digital Picture Frames

I bought a PhotoVu, (actually three of them!) and I really, really, like your product, so much so, I’d like to invest in your digital picture frame company. Is PhotoVu looking for any private investment? Are you for sale? Can you tell me anything about your company in this regard?

While SEC laws prohibit us from actively soliciting investors who are not fully confirmed and accredited individuals, what we can tell you is that we have a pretty affluent customer base and it’s not the first time we’ve been asked that question, so we decided to put in this FAQ. We can also tell you that we would only be interested in full acquisition, by the right strategic partner, that could leverage all of our current intellectual property and other accomplishments in the digital picture frame industry. We are currently a privately-financed LLC, organized in Colorado.
