PhotoVu Digital Picture Frames

If you want to change your digital frame’s mat, we suggest you send that back to our factory, via RMA form on oursupport website, and we can do that for a nominal charge. The mat is glued down with some super “hi-tack” adhesive, and while not impossible to change out yourself, is a bit difficult. If you want to change out your PhotoVu’s frame, it is very easy to do. We have a list of “Authorized PhotoVu Framing Partners” across the USA that can also work with you to create a custom frame to match your décor. Please see our “Partners” section of our website for a complete up-to-date list.  All you or the local frame shop reseller will need is a #1 Phillips head screwdriver.
