PhotoVu Digital Picture Frames

We are hard working people here trying to make a living just like you, by designing the world’s best digital picture frames – we are not out to scam anyone <g>!  Simply stated, we pass our costs on for packaging and shipping and do not make any money on either of them.

We have to charge for the packaging because it is indeed super premium packaging to insure the electronics and framing are delivered undamaged to you. We have looked at ways to reduce the cost over the last four years but have found nothing better than what we currently use.  And since we have had ZERO damages as of this FAQ writing (should we have just said that), we are sticking with the mentality; “if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it.” The same goes for our shipping costs. Because we make the world’s biggest digital picture frames, they require a pretty large box, so shipping costs are accordingly a bit higher than smaller products you may have previously ordered from the Internet and had delivered.
