What is your return policy? Can I return the PhotoVu photo frame if I don’t like it?
We have a 15 day product acceptance period (“PAP”) from the time of shipment. During that time if you somehow decide that the product isn’t for you, it can be returned, less a 15% restocking fee, shipping and any custom framing or matting. The PAP is there as a “safety net” just in case the PhotoVu is something entirely different than what you thought it was. However, we have had only a handful of returns, (for a variety of unrelated reasons), during the course of our 4 years of business. Most people are blown away by the quality of our PhotoVus and many come back to buy more. We charge a 15% restocking fee because it is a custom made product just for you and we strongly want to discourage people from buying the world’s best digital picture frame if they are not really sure they want one. Even with the 15% we will lose money, so please, if you’re not really sure you want a PhotoVu, do both yourself and us a favor and don’t buy one.
