We have been shipping PhotoVus to customers since 2004. Our photo frames are overbuilt and overdesigned so field failures have been few and far between. However, like all electronic products, especially those connected to the electrical power grid, sometimes a unit can fail for one reason or another. You can be assured that we have a warranty and repair system in place to ship your PhotoVu back to our factory service center and expeditiously repair and return in back to you.
