The Passwords menu allows you to add, change, and delete Login Names and Passwords for the active PhotoVu.  You can have one Login Name and Password or create individual ones for each user of the PhotoVu Web Administration program.

Add or Change a Login Name

Adding a Login Name

To add a Login Name, type in a Login Name, New Password, and Confirm New Password.  The Login Name can contain only letters, numbers, and the underscore.

Click Add or Change Login Name to continue.  When you return to the Passwords menu, you will see the Login Name just added.

Changing a Login Name

To change a Login Name, enter the existing Login Name, the Old Password, a New Password, and Confirm New Password.  Click Add or Change Login Name to continue.  When you return to the Passwords menu, your password will be changed.

Delete a Login Name

To delete a Login name, select the corresponding number below.

Enter the password for the Login Name to delete.  Click on Delete Login Name to continue.  Please note, if there is only one Login Name in the list, you will not be able to delete it.  You will need to first add another Login Name then go back and delete the old one.  Without at least one Login Name, you cannot log into the PhotoVu Web Administration program.

When you return to the Passwords menu, you will see that the Login Name has been removed from the list.
