Instructions for Apple iPhoto
You should see a similar listing like the one below. This will vary depending upon the names of your Albums and the version of iPhoto you are using.

The Available list will contain
all of the iPhoto Albums, Smart Albums, Folders, and other groupings you have
created. You might also see some additional ones that are created by
the PhotoVu Web Administration program.
Each Available Album lists the name, number of photos in the Album and the type of Album. The " ? " character in the number of photos field means unknown. The Early Photos album contains all photos for years before 2003. Think of it as a "collect all" for older photos.
Click on one or more of the Available Albums. Clicking follows a hierarchy. So, clicking on "Projects" in the example above would automatically check all "Project" names below it.
Click on the Make Active button to move them to the Active list. You will see the screen refresh and the Active list will be updated. Only the iPhoto Albums that are in the Active column will be played in the Photo Show.
If you have a large number of Albums, use the Filter to narrow down your search.
You will not be able to add certain iPhoto Albums due to some special characters. For example, & < > | / or ` are not particularly friendly so they are excluded. This is not an all inclusive list. To see a complete list, click on Can't find an Album? in the Available list. If you have Albums with some of these characters, try modifying the Album name in Apple iPhoto and refreshing the browser.
To remove Active Albums, select one or more Albums and click Make Inactive. To remove all Active Albums, click on Check All then Make Inactive.
Play a Photo Show
Once you have one or more Active Albums, click on Photo Show, Play and you will see the following menu:
Select "Photo Albums that are Active" and click Start Photo Show. In a few moments, you will see your photos displayed on the PhotoVu.
